The SWYCS-DTS V3 web portal creates a Digital Twin of buildings. The software is generic. To ensure that a clear overview is kept, the software is built up in modules. All modules exist out of widgets. This makes it entirely customizable to every desired situation.

Energy management

The user-friendly SWYCS dashboard gives the opportunity to control lighting, cooling and heating on an occupancy basis. Thanks to creating the so-called Digital Twin, all demands of comfort, welfare and optimal prestations of building installations and equipment can be met.

Smart building management on the basis of the Internet of Things (IoT) is the foundation for easily and efficiently managing building functionality.

With the scalable and flexible SWYCS web portal, monitoring a building, and its functionality, is available at any time, anywhere. Errors can easily be reported, installations of devices updated and thanks to the expansive report function every kind of report can be generated.

Workplace management

Employees and/or students like knowing if their favorite work or study place is still available. How easy would it be to route to your favorite workplace or colleague through an app on your phone. By using the SWYCS app, it’s easy to find an available space. You can even reserve things such as furniture or catering. In addition, it’s important that a work place offers the necessary comfort and welfare, contributing to a good feeling throughout the work day. With the SWYCS web portal, there is real time insight into the indoor climate and reports can easily be generated.

Access control

With the access control by SWYCS you create more self direction in access control. Do you know exactly who is allowed to be where and at what time? This can be set to be arranged automatically. Or do you solely wish to know if this is happening? Then, the monitoring function in combination with triggers will make sure that you will be up-to-date. In addition, it will become clear if employees or clients enter or leave at designated times.

Maps

Thanks to the additional module: maps, you can see in one clear view which rooms in a building are being used, what the occupancy rate is and how the indoor climate is doing.

Control system

The additional module: control system, ensures that notifications can be sent through e-mail when deviations are present. This could be things such as the CO₂ in the indoor climate being too high or the temperature being too low.

Reports

With the expansive additional report functionality, every report can be generated. Reports can be created and sent periodically and automatically. Through integration with Outlook, Google Calendar and other specific booking software, you are able to report on things such as occupancy and use versus room capacity and the occupancy and use versus planning.
