Incidents & repair requests
Is there equipment missing, or is there a meeting room that has to be cleaned? Easily report this through the SWYCS app. In the app, notifications can be tracked, and it’s easy to add detailed pictures later on.
Reports
With the extensive report functionality, every report can be generated. Reports can be created and sent periodically and automatically. Through integration with Outlook, Google Calendar and other specific booking software, you are able to report on things such as occupancy versus room capacity and the occupancy versus planning.
