Smart Campus
A Smart Campus is a university building or site that, with the help of sensors and other devices, supports students and teachers in more efficient planning and navigation. By integrating building installations, parking facilities, access control and visitor registration systems, the occupancy rate, the indoor climate and energy management are optimized. This results in a campus that functions more efficiently, sustainably and user-friendly for all users.

SWYCS Smart Campus
SWYCS Integrations
Easy integration with third-party software.
Book workplaces through the SWYCS app
A quiet workplace with the right temperature and lighting are essential for a good study session. Via the app you can see which workplaces are available where, it is also possible to view the indoor climate. This way, you know for sure that the workplace you want to use is suitable and free in advance.
Studying together, practicing a presentation or meeting? Reserve and view rooms via the app to choose the most suitable room for your activity. While booking with the app, you can invite others, schedule recurrences, and more.
Integrations
SWYCS has integrations with various reservation software such as: Xedule, TimeEdit, Outlook, Google Calendar and more. With these links it is possible to centrally and clearly reserve and view teaching rooms, study places and meeting rooms. In the event of a ‘no-show’, reservations are automatically cancelled and processed in
underlying systems.
Not only reservations, but also schedules of teachers and students are linked, this gives you insight and makes it easy to respond to the occupancy and use of the teaching rooms.
Future-proof IoT platform
The SWYCS IoT platform connects, monitors and manages various IoT endpoints such as sensors, devices and building installations within a Smart Campus. This platform ensures fully integrated operation, optimizing campus management and improving performance.
Smart applications in the field of building management, workplace and space occupancy, energy management, indoor climate and user well-being are thus effortlessly realized.
Reports
With the extensive reporting functionality, all possible reports can be generated. Reports are automatically, periodically created and sent. Through links with Xedule, TimeEdit, Outlook, Google Calendar and more, in addition to a report on occupancy/utilization compared to space capacity, it is also possible to report on the basis of occupancy/utilization compared to planning.
With this information, it becomes possible to draw up increasingly efficient schedules and make optimal use of the building.
Kiosk & room panel
A digital kiosk plays a central role in providing real-time insight into the occupancy of spaces and workplaces. Users can see directly via the interactive floor plan where it is busy or quiet. This creates a clear picture of where the available workplaces are. Thanks to the touchscreen, spaces or workplaces can be easily reserved.
The kiosks are freestanding and can be flexibly placed at any desired location within the building. By placing the kiosks in central locations, everyone has direct access to the most up-to-date occupancy information. In addition to the kiosk, the floor plans are also accessible via the web portal and the SWYCS app.
Intuitive dashboard
The SWYCS web portal offers an intuitive and clear dashboard. In this you can monitor the status of the campus in real time. You have direct insight into occupancy, use, no-shows, energy management and comfort.
In addition, the dashboard shows the maintenance status of installations, the occupancy of the parking lot and interactive maps, so that you are always fully informed of all important aspects of campus management.
Transform the campus with smart, integrated solutions into a Smart Campus. Optimize facilities, increase efficiency and improve the comfort of students and employees!
