The SWYCS-DTS V3 app creates a Digital Twin of buildings. The app ensures that users of buildings can work comfortably and in good health. Managers get insights in energy flows, use of buildings assets, rooms and workplaces. They can also easily follow the status of orders and open (maintenance)requests.

Through the SWYCS app there is direct insight in the indoor climate. The quality of the ambient sound, air, water and light are important elements for a good feeling during the workday and contribute to a good night’s rest. This promotes an enjoyable and healthy workday!

Additionally, things can be easily controlled remotely and show when there are deviations in the optimal indoor climate. You can also plan when rooms need to be cleaned.

Insight

The SWYCS-DTS V3 software in the shape of a web portal and mobile app ensures that the building is visible in the software, a so-called Digital Twin. From here, building installations and equipment can be monitored and managed. There is also insight in environmental characteristics such as building-, room-, and workplace occupancy, these can also be managed. This makes it possible to fulfill all demands of the comfort and welfare, as well as the optimal performance of building installations and equipment.

Easy reservations

With the SWYCS app, it becomes easy to search for available meeting rooms and workplaces quickly. Book easily through the app or a kiosk. You can also book things like furniture, catering and equipment to go along with it. No-show notifications are collected and will automatically free up a room. In the management platform, upcoming bookings and events can be easily tracked.

Reports

With the expansive report functionality, every report can be generated. Reports can be created and sent periodically and automatically. Through integration with Outlook, Google Calendar and other specific booking software, you are able to report on things such as occupancy and use versus room capacity and the occupancy and use versus planning.
