For the project by VDAB, the Flemish Employment and Vocational Training Agency, occupancy is monitored for certain spaces and utilization for others. This information is used by management to gain insight into the efficiency of building use. This information serves as a guideline for reconfiguring spaces or for purchasing or divesting buildings.
Parnassia
Parnassia employees had increasingly less insight into the availability of consulting rooms. Parnassia management did not receive a clear picture of the occupancy of buildings and spaces.

Radboud universiteit

Wageningen University was looking for an occupancy monitoring system for educational buildings, lecture rooms, and meeting rooms. Eco Smart is part of Renewi, the largest waste and recycling company in the Benelux. Eco Smart developed a smart waste bin with a sensor that measures the fill level of the bins. SWYCS provides the connectivity for all these smart waste bins with its IoT and sensor platform. The SWYCS app supports the collection of office waste, ensuring the process runs efficiently.
