The kiosks are freestanding and can be flexibly placed at any desired location within the building. In addition to the kiosk, the floor plans are also accessible via the web portal and the SWYCS app.

SWYCS has integrations with various reservation software such as Xedule, TimeEdit, Outlook, Google Calendar, and more. These integrations make it possible to reserve and view teaching rooms, study areas, and meeting rooms in a central and organized manner. In the event of a ‘no-show’, reservations are automatically cancelled and processed in underlying systems.
