Reserve workspaces through the SWYCS app

A quiet workspace with the right temperature and lighting is essential for a good study session. Through the app, you can see which workspaces are available where, and it is also possible to view the indoor climate. This ensures that the workspace you want to use is suitable and available in advance.

Studying together, practicing a presentation, or holding a meeting? Reserve and view rooms via the app to choose the most suitable space for your activity. While reserving with the app, you can invite others, plan recurring sessions, and more.

The SWYCS IoT platform connects, monitors, and manages various IoT endpoints such as sensors, devices, and building installations within a Smart Campus. This platform ensures fully integrated operation, optimizing campus management and improving performance.

Kiosk & room panel
A digital kiosk plays a central role in providing real-time insight into the occupancy of rooms and workspaces. Users can immediately see via the interactive floor plan where it is busy or quiet. This creates a clear picture of where the available workspaces are located. Thanks to the touchscreen, rooms or workspaces can be easily reserved.

The kiosks are freestanding and can be flexibly placed at any desired location within the building. By placing the kiosks in central locations, everyone has direct access to the most up-to-date occupancy information. In addition to the kiosk, the floor plans are also accessible via the web portal and the SWYCS app.

Integrations
SWYCS has integrations with various reservation software such as Xedule, TimeEdit, Outlook, Google Calendar, and more. These integrations make it possible to reserve and view teaching rooms, study areas, and meeting rooms in a central and organized manner. In the event of a ‘no-show’, reservations are automatically cancelled and processed in underlying systems.

Not only reservations but also teacher and student schedules are linked, providing insight and allowing for easy adjustments to the occupancy and utilization of educational spaces.

Comprehensive reports

With the extensive reporting functionality, all possible reports can be generated. Reports are automatically created and sent periodically. Through integrations with Xedule, TimeEdit, Outlook, Google Calendar, and more, it is possible to report not only on occupancy/utilization relative to space capacity, but also on occupancy/utilization relative to planning.
