New GACS obligation for office buildings
Meet the 2026 building automation requirements on time! As of January 1, 2026, it will be mandatory for non-residential buildings with a heating or air conditioning system exceeding 290 kW to implement a Building Automation and Control System (BCS). This obligation also applies to smaller buildings: as of January 1, 2030, this law will also apply to systems above 70 kW.
