The characteristics of the SWYCS Gateway
Generic and vendor neutral
All SMART devices can be connected.
Third Party LAN API
This offline link is used to locally control and read devices.
Link internal and external data
Data sources, gateways or handlebar computers by thirds can be linked to the SWYCS platform.
1 month data back-up
The gateway stores collected data for one month, making sure that when the cloud data fails, the data is still available.
Offline access points
The SWYCS gateway has hard and software built in the access point, which makes it so processes can function locally and autonomous.
1 hour emergency power
When power failure strikes or during maintenance work, all critical controls will continue to function thanks to an internal battery with autonomy time.
SWYCS Office Gateway
The unique multiprotocol SWYCS Office Gateway allows for wireless devices, that use different protocols, to communicate with each other. SWYCS supports the wireless protocols by ZigBee, Z-Wave, BLE and EnOcean. SWYCS developed a software bridge and API’s to make it all work. KNX, Modbus and PLC devices can additionally be switched to a wireless signal using a converter and thus be integrated onto the IoT platform. The gateway is installed by using an easy 3-step installation wizard.
