The university of Amsterdam has chosen for the solution through the collaboration of Planon and SWYCS. The solution will help solve issues with occupancy and the booking of rooms.
By applying this solutoin the university will get better insights in the usage and booking of meeting rooms.
Sensors will be placed in the rooms. On the outside panels and screens will be hung up. The screens will immediately be able to show the occupancy and planned occupancy of the meeting room.
