Last year, we began implementing the SWYCS booking system at the University of Northampton. We’re proud to announce that the project is now fully completed and the system is running successfully within the university.
In total, we monitor the occupancy of a large number of spaces with 180 sensors. These sensors are linked to the scheduling system and provide comprehensive, customized reports. By combining occupancy and scheduling data, the university gains clear insight into the actual use of spaces. This allows schedulers to allocate spaces more efficiently, ensuring optimal use of the spaces on university grounds.
