AudITvision recently audited our role as an ODA (Independent Service Provider). The audit was successful.
This audit assessed whether SWYCS meets all requirements for the secure, reliable, and accurate reading of smart meters in the Netherlands. Because energy consumption data is privacy-sensitive, strict standards apply to processes, data security, and organizational structure. The positive audit confirms that our working methods fully meet these high standards.
As an ODA, SWYCS is permitted to read smart meters with the owner’s permission. Thanks to the recent audit confirmation, our customers can be sure that:
